Registration Fees
The registration fee covers conference materials and meals, including lunch and coffee breaks. Participants may choose with banquet** or without banquet;
Due to limited capacity (220 seats), banquet places are on a first-come, first-served basis.

*: Proof of student status (valid student ID or official letter) is required for full-time students. Postdoctoral researchers are not eligible for the student rate.

Payment Information
- BAS 2026 accepts multiple payment options to accommodate both local and international participants.
- Payments can be made securely via Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, FPS, or PayMe.
- A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the transaction is verified.
- Reference during payment: Paper ID.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the BAS 2026 Secretariat: bas2026@ust.hk. Refunds, less any applicable bank or remittance charges, will be processed after the conference.

The refund policy is as follows:
• Before 1 May 2026: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After 1 May 2026: No refund will be issued.
